Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition may be returned/rejected. The item will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item. If both options are viable, the customer gets to choose. As most of our produce is harvested fresh to order, perfectly good product that was described accurately before being ordered may not be accepted back, and at the least requires either 1) the farm of origin to approve a return before we can remove it from an invoice, or 2) we can find another buyer to purchase it. This is not meant as a penalty in any way, we do this to protect the financial interests of farmers, who harvest quality product for orders with the expectation of getting paid for it.
