Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you receive your order and the quality is good, you are obligated to pay for them.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that a product comes in with problems, or gets damaged during packing or delivery, we will provide a store credit to the customer, or remove it from their invoice total, provided that the damaged goods are returned.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producers to deliver market-grade products and provide informative and accurate descriptions beforehand, so you know what you are ordering.  The customer understands that if they order from farmers who do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".  Since we welcome conventional farmers to use our market, we require all farms to provide information on their farming practices so that our customers can make informed purchasing decisions.
