We are a family owned and operated small farm that specializes in growing High quality Hemp, as well as, Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms. All of our mushrooms are grown in our indoor fruiting chamber and our Hemp in grown on our own family land in East TN. We are passionate about regenerative and sustainable farming methods and teaching others the benefits of beneficial microbes, insects, birds, and ultimately Fungi in the garden.

We are not currently certified organic but we do adhere to a very strict code of farming that does not include any outside bottle nutrient or bag salt-based fertilizer input. All of our gourmet mushrooms are grown from a mixture of hardwood sawdust and contain no chemical fertilizers or synthetic nutrients of any kind. All compost, compost tea, liquid fertilizer, and soil amendments are made right on site in small batches for what we need. We make a mushroom compost with our spent mushroom blocks and apply that back to our beds/garden. We try and follow some KNF farming practices along with incorporating no-till and some biodynamics. We try and farm in harmony with things as best as we can. Trying to leave this place a little better than we found it and teach others to do the same along the way.
