Hey! Candace and Matt Miller with Wildcard Ranch here. We are a small company that presently is focused on growing the best quality oyster mushrooms at the best price. We also don't have a ranch. It lives in our collective imagination until such a time as it can properly manifest outside our little noggins sometime in the glorious future.
Why, do you ask, did we choose mushrooms. Well, honestly, we figured we could make a living off the endeavor and when we weren't living of that we could just eat lots of mushrooms. Mushrooms are very interesting to be sure. That is part of the draw as we enjoy learning as well as eating.
Now what makes our mushrooms unique. Our mushrooms are incredibly delicious. Yes, more delicious than all the other oyster mushrooms. Trust me, I know from much personal expedience. When you are starving they taste like wagu beef. Also, they are beautiful as well as rather large. So, for that brief moment before you cut them up into tiny little pieces you can admire how huge they are.
