I'm Antonio Sotak, Founder and Owner of Mycolah FFF, an urban mushroom farm and environmental research laboratory. I do everything myself by hand, I'm 19 years old, I started studying and working with fungi when I was 16. I cultivate a variety of oysters, lions mane, and other specialty mushrooms.

In addition to specializing in gourmet mushrooms, I like to do research and citizen science. I'm currently working with the university of Arkansas, experimenting with techniques and methods cultivating the chicken of the woods (Laetiporus cincinnatus). Always looking for opportunities to push the scientific threshold and help make our earth a greener, bio-diverse, and purer place. My next projects will be working with the plastic eating fungi and using fungi as material for houses and other construction purposes.

All the mushrooms are grown on amended hardwood substrate in polypropylene bags, once the substrate is no longer needed it's used either for my personal garden or local community/residential gardens.
